PROGRAMMING

CHIRP

Allows you to program most:

Alinco, Kenwwod, Icom, Yaesu, Baofeng, Puxing Jetsream, and Wouxun

including HF Radios with a common frequency list

You just need a programming cable for your radio.

Open CHIRP then open the image file and change the appropriate frequencies.

You will need to know the Comport that your cable uses.

Instuctions:

Open CHIRP software.

Choose the "Radio tab" and "Download From Radio"

Choose "Port" "Vendor" and "Model" then click OK

Note the tick box's (Special Channels & Show Empty)

Also the memory range to show on the screen.(to change enter the number and click on "Go")

Now "File" then "Import" and change the bottom right from CHIRP File (*.chirp) to CHIRP Radio Images (*img)

Now choose the codeplug image file (VHF, UHF, VHF+UHF) then "Open"

Click on "OK"

Add your specific frequencies in the 1-11 locations by

Note: make sure the "Show Empty" is ticked

Click on 12 then right mouse choose "Insert row above" repeat as required

Save your work!

Now chosse "Radio" then "Upload To Radio" then "OK"
